The Owners
Michael Winston and Megan Silvertooth have over 20 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. They have individually owned and ran other successful restaurant concepts in Denver, Colorado. They met while working at Table 6 in Denver and in 2019 moved to Grand Junction with the hopes to eventually start a business together. By May of 2022 they were finally ready and opened Le Snack.
