The Owners
Michael Winston and Megan Silvertooth have over 20 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. They moved to Grand Junction in 2019 with a plan to eventually open a food establishment. In 2022 they opened Le Snack at The ordinary Fellow in Palisade, CO. For 2 years they acted as The Ordinary Fellows permanent food source. In 2024 Michael and Megan transitioned Le Snack into a catering company. Creating unique menus for private events at homes, event spaces and vacation rentals throughout the Valley.
